How to paste natural cultural stone
1. Clean the wall surface and make a rough surface (if it is a smooth surface with low water absorption such as plastic wood, it must be covered with iron wire and a rough bottom surface, and then pave it after sufficient health maintenance).
2. Before sticking the rocks, be sure to arrange the rocks on the flat ground to get the best effect, and then pave them in the order of arrangement (the rocks of similar size, shape, and color should not be adjacent). The arrangement sequence of cement layer-cultured stone layer-cement bonding seam layer should be followed.
3. White cement above 425, ordinary cement (the ratio of cement: sand: 801 glue is 1:2:0.03), ceramic adhesive (please pay attention to the instructions for use of the adhesive), high-performance special adhesives can be used as glue. The bonding sequence is: cultural stone-cement tank (increase bonding strength)-adhesive.
4. Fully wet the rock, and apply adhesive on the center of the rock bottom to form a mountain shape (a thin layer of adhesive can be applied to the bottom of the brick when pasting antique tiles) If you accidentally soil the surface on a large area, you need to use a brush in time Use after washing.
5. Post the corner first. Press fully to make the adhesive squeeze out around the rock (some products don’t need corners)
6. If the construction requires, the rock can be cut to adjust.
7. Use plastic bags to fill the paint to fill the gaps, pay attention to the depth, the deeper the gap, the three-dimensional effect of the product.
8. After initial setting of the caulking agent, remove the excess caulking material with bamboo chips, etc., and repair the surface of the gap with a wet brush. If there is a small amount of caulking agent or adhesive on the surface of the rock accidentally, let it dry After that, remove it with a brush. better. Some products do not require seams.
9. When the rock is used outdoors, after the paving is completed, it should be kept for one week. After the product and the caulking agent are completely dried, the protective agent can be sprayed for protective treatment (waterproof, antifreeze, anti-ultraviolet, anti-alkali, etc.).
